Package Description:
Our Talk to Me Booth is a one-of-a-kind video booth that lets your guests record heartfelt messages using a retro-style phone handset. With advanced noise-canceling audio, background sounds are minimized, ensuring each message is clear and easy to hear. Guests can also share their video with themselves for a unique keepsake. After your event, you’ll receive a digital album with all the recordings, allowing you to watch and listen to every special message your guests left just for you.
With up to 3 hours of active time, you can choose to have the photo booth running continuously for the full 3 hours or allow the Booth Manager to go idle during key moments—such as a ceremony, speeches, special dances, toasts, or meal times—so as not to interrupt the flow of your event. This flexibility ensures that the Talk To Me Booth is always there to engage guests without disrupting important moments.
Guests will receive instantly shareable digital images, and if you need more time, additional live/active hours can be added to the package.

Travel
This package includes complimentary travel within 30 miles of our home base in Santa Maria, CA. If your venue is further than 30 miles, a simple fee-per-mile will be added to the total. We are happy to travel where we are needed.
(For extensive travel 3+ hours away, room and board can be discussed.)
Delivery and Setup
We arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your package time to load in, setup, and test equipment. We prefer to setup prior to guests arriving to avoid disruption to your event. Space Requirements: 12' x 12' x 8' tall Electricity Requirements: 110V, 15 amps, 3 prong standard, dedicated outlet within 15 feet from our designated area is required.
Professional On-site Booth Manager for Entire Event
A professionally dressed Booth Manager will be onsite throughout your event, ensuring the booth experience is flawless from start to finish. Handling everything from technical support to managing supplies, they take care of all the details so you don’t have to. Our friendly Booth Manager will actively engage with guests, suggest fun poses and messages, and guide them through each interaction—making sure everyone has an unforgettable time focused entirely on FUN!
Custom Intro & Outro Video Template
We will custom design an intro and outro slide to your video. Provide us with your invitations, decor, Pinterest board, etc. for inspiration, photos of yourself or the guest(s) of Honor, logos, special text, etc., and we will custom design an animated slide that will show prior to your guests' messages and immediately after.
Custom Touch Screen
The touch screen that guests see within the Talk To Me Booth will be stylized to match the artwork from the video. Guests can simply touch the screen to begin their video session, making it fun and interactive to record their videos once they are ready for the camera.
Digital Sharing Station
In today’s social media-savvy world, we make it easy for guests to instantly share their photos via Email, SMS/Text, AirDrop, or QR Code. From there, they can upload directly to Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and beyond.
(Instant sharing requires venue WiFi or hotspot access. If unavailable, photos will be sent within 24 hours once WiFi access is restored.)
Unlimited Sessions
Guests can enjoy the Talk To Me booth as many times as they want during your Live/Active package hours. If you have guests that love being in front of the camera, or they simply have more great advice and well wishes to leave for you, this will keep guests entertained throughout your entire event.
Tear Down
Our breakdown typically takes about 15 minutes. To keep guests informed, we’ll post our “open hours” (Live/Active hours) during your event, so everyone knows when the photo booth is available and can anticipate any Idle hours or closing times. If teardown could disrupt your event, consider adding extra hours to ensure we can stay set up until the event’s end.
Password-Protected Online Gallery
We’ll upload all of your event’s digital captures to a secure, password-protected Online Gallery on our website! Depending on your final package, the gallery may include the video guestbook videos, photos, GIFs, or Boomerangs. Guests can easily access the gallery using the pre-established password we provide, allowing them to download their captures for free and cherish them forever. Your digital captures will remain accessible for viewing, downloading, and sharing for up to 3 months.
