Our Overhead 360 Video Booth - Half Day (Up to 3 Hours) delivers an immersive experience, accommodating up to 20 guests per session (or even more if they want to squeeze in!), and comes equipped with everything needed for an unforgettable time: the 360 video booth, digital sharing, stanchions, and additional lighting.
What makes our booth truly unique is its open, ground-level design, allowing guests to stand, dance, jump, and move freely—no balancing on a platform required! This spacious setup invites more people to join the fun, creating a lively atmosphere where everyone can participate and make memories together.
To elevate the experience further, you can add options like an online gallery, live playback, music overlays, uplighting, red carpet, backdrop, props, and more.
The Overhead 360 Video Booth captures full-circle footage as it moves around guests standing at the center, with video effects such as slow motion, fast forward, and boomerang to customize the final video to your liking. Additionally, our 360 arm can be adjusted for wide-angle or close-up shots and positioned for overhead, eye-level, or low-angle views. You choose the style and visual effects you want, creating a truly personalized video experience for your event!

With up to 3 hours of active time, you can choose to have the Overhead 360 Video Booth running continuously for the full 3 hours or allow the Booth Manager to go idle during key moments—such as a ceremony, speeches, special dances, toasts, or meal times—so as not to interrupt the flow of your event. This flexibility ensures that the Overhead 360 Video Booth is always there to engage guests without disrupting important moments.

Travel
This package includes complimentary travel within 30 miles of Santa Maria, CA. If your venue is further than 30 miles, a simple fee-per-mile will be added to the total. We are happy to travel where we are needed.
(For extensive travel 3+ hours away, room and board can be discussed.)
Delivery and Setup
We arrive 1 hour prior to the start of your package time to load in, setup, and test equipment. We prefer to setup prior to guests arriving to avoid disruption. Space Requirements: 20' x 12' x 9.5' tall Electricity Requirements: x2 110V, 15 amps, 3 prong standard, dedicated outlets within 15 feet from our designated area is required.
Professional On-site Booth Managers for Entire Event
Two professionally dressed Booth Managers will be onsite for the duration of your event, ensuring the booth operates seamlessly from start to finish. You won’t have to worry about technical issues or booth operation—our friendly team is there to guide guests through each step. They’ll help suggest poses and fun moves for the booth, and assist with video sharing for guests who may need a little extra help. This way, everyone can relax, enjoy the experience, and focus on having FUN!
Additional Lighting
For exceptional videos, great lighting is essential! Many venues are dimly lit, which can impact video quality. That’s why we provide four additional lights and extra batteries to ensure your videos are evenly illuminated throughout the event. With our setup, your guests will truly be “in the spotlight” every time they step into the booth!
Stanchions
To ensure guest safety while the 360 arm is in motion, we use stanchions and red velvet ropes to create a designated area around the Video Booth. This not only gives the booth a sophisticated, high-end look but also allows for personalization. The stanchions can be decorated with string lights, garlands, or other décor, but please note that any additional decoration must be added and removed by the client.
Personalized Video Overlay
We offer a range of stylish pre-made video overlays to suit any occasion, adding a unique, personalized touch to each 360 video. Each overlay can be customized with names, dates, or special messages, making the design truly unique for your event. Whether you’re celebrating a wedding, birthday, corporate gathering, or any special event, our overlays elevate each video, leaving a memorable and distinctive impression for you and your guests to enjoy.
Digital Sharing Station
In today’s social media-savvy world, we make it easy for guests to instantly share their photos via Email, SMS/Text, AirDrop, or QR Code. From there, they can upload directly to Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and beyond.
(Instant sharing requires venue WiFi or hotspot access. If unavailable, photos will be sent within 24 hours once WiFi access is restored.)
Unlimited Sessions
With this package, guests can enjoy as many video sessions as possible within the purchased live time, maximizing the number of memories captured throughout your event.
Tear Down
Our breakdown typically takes about 30 minutes. To keep guests informed, we’ll post our “open hours” (Live/Active hours) during your event, so everyone knows when the photo booth is available and can anticipate any Idle hours or closing times. If teardown could disrupt your event, consider adding extra hours to ensure we can stay set up until the event’s end.
